Alella

Alella is a Catalan municipality in the province of Barcelona, in northeastern Spain. It is located in the comarca of Maresme.

Geographical location

The municipality is situated approximately 19 km northeast of Barcelona, ​​about 2.5 km from the Mediterranean on the historic Via Augusta. In the neighboring village of El Masnou connection is obtained on the S- train network in Barcelona. History
