Alfred P. Sloan, Jr. Prize

The Alfred P. Sloan, Jr. Prize was a Research Prize, which was awarded 1979-2005 by the General Motors Cancer Research Foundation for outstanding achievements in basic oncological research. Named after Alfred P. Sloan prize was endowed with $ 250,000.

Due to economic difficulties, the parent company the award of the Alfred P. Sloan, Jr. Prize in 2005 was set - as well as that of the Kettering Prize and the Charles S. Mott Prize.
