Alone (Heart song)

Alone (English for " Alone " ) is a song by American rock band Heart, which was written by Billy Steinberg and Tom Kelly. It appeared in 1987 on the album Bad Animals.

Background

The song is a cover of Heart; Alone was first played in 1983 by Steinberg and Kelly's project Taking a Cold Look. Later, the title of John Stamos in his role as Gino Minelli, recorded for the soundtrack to the CBS sitcom Dreams in 1984. The American rock band Heart took the title in 1987, the hard rock ballad in the United States and Canada, a number -one hit. The song begins with a piano melody, then Ann Wilson begins with the singing and the dramatic love song reaches its climax. According to a song Facts interview with Steinberg Kelly sang the harmonic sections in the demo recording.

On the B - side to alone a live version of Bad Animals appeared. An unplugged version of the song was released in 1995 on their album The Road Home.

In the music video for the title of the band playing the song live on stage. They sing it in playback.
