Anbu is a commune in the Norwegian Vestfold. The municipality is bordered to the north by Lardal and Re, to the east by Stokke, south to Sandefjord and Larvik in the west. The administrative center is located in the village of Anbu. Other towns are Høyjord and Kodal. The municipality consists of large areas of forest.

The churches of the three villages dating from the Middle Ages. In Høyjord there is a stave church, the only one in Vestfold, it was built in 1150-1200.
