Andreas Bjelland
Andreas Bjelland ( born July 11, 1988 in Vedbæk ) is a Danish footballer who plays for FC Twente since 2012.

Association
Youth and early career
Andreas Bjelland started his career with his hometown club BK Søllerød - Vedbæken and then played in the youth of Lyngby BK. In the 2007 /08 season he came into the professional team and signed a professional contract.
His debut in the Superligæn, the Danish first division, he was on the opening day on July 25, 2007, when he against Odense BK came in a 1-1 draw and was also used in the starting lineup. However, Bjelland was only eleven missions. End of the season Lyngby BK dismounted from the Superligæn and had to join the in the Viasat Sport Division. FC Twente Enschede

National
Bjelland played games for the U-16, U-18 and U-19 national teams in his country. He is captain of the U- 21 team in Denmark. On 17 November 2010 he played his first senior international for Denmark against the Czech Republic. A year later he was also used twice in qualifying for the 2012 European Football Championship and the end of May 2012, he was included in the European Championship squad.
