Aue (Samtgemeinde)

The Samtgemeinde Aue is an integrated municipality in the south of the district of Uelzen, Lower Saxony. It was created on November 1, 2011 from the merger of Samtgemeinde ground pond with the integrated municipality Wrestedt whose member communities banded together at the same time to the community Wrestedt. Your name refers to the river floodplain, which flows through the Municipality. For the merger of the former joint communities, Land Niedersachsen paid a debt relief assistance in the amount of approximately 10.6 million euros.

The Council of Samtgemeinde floodplain is made up of 30 council women and councilors. The CDU and the voter community Aue ( WGA) have come together to form a group.

Coat of arms

The Samtgemeinde Aue has adopted a new coat of arms by the Samtgemeinderat. By the end of 2013 on a transitional basis, the previous coat of arms Samtgemeinde ground pond is used.
