Balatan, Camarines Sur
Balatan is a Philippine municipality in the province of Camarines Sur.
Balatan was founded by Don Gregorio Balatan, he was also the first mayor of the town and founder of the first school, the Balatan Institute. Currently, Nena B. Borja is mayor.
Balatan celebrates on 18th February, a festival. The municipality is situated on the coast of the Gulf of Ragay.
