Bavoryně ( German Baborin ) is a municipality in the Czech Republic. It is located two kilometers southwest of Zdice and belongs to Okres Beroun.

Geography

Bavoryně is located at the mouth of the creek in the Stroupinský Cerveny creek in the valley between the Pürglitzer highland and Brd. North of the village runs the route of the D 5 motorway, which is just off junction 28 Bavoryně. East Bavoryně is bypassed by the railroad between Beroun and Rokycany, their next stop is in Stašov.

Neighboring towns are Knížkovice in the north, Zdice in the northeast, Chodouň in the east, in the southeast Libomyšl, Stašov in the south, southeast, and Hředle Chlustina in the northeast.

History

The first mention of Bavoryně was in 1088, when Vratislav II the village left the Prague chapter. Tobias of Bechyně gave the village from 1294 in the course of an exchange of Wenceslas II, who in 1302 gave it the royal city of Beroun.

1456 was Jan Dobrouk of Litomyšl owner of the village. Until 1533 it belonged to Peter of Wamberg, then Charles of Svárov. 1544 acquired Nicholas of Říčany Bavoryně, , followed by Jan Lobkowicz. Later, the village belonged to the rule Chodouň. After the abolition of patrimonial regimes in 1848 Bavoryně was a district of Zdice and 1889 it became independent. In 1922, as a countermeasure to the economic crisis, the doubling of the railway line from Prague to Pilsen. In 1933, the regulation of Cerveny was Potok.

After the Second World War, the city lost 91 to 1948 of its inhabitants, who moved into the depopulated by the expulsion border areas. In 1954, the steel bridge over the creek was Cerveny. 1975 Bavoryně was incorporated into Zdice. 1985, work began on laying the road and the railway bridge for the construction of the motorway Prague - Bavoryně. Six years later, work began on the construction of the section Bavoryně - Rozvadov. On June 25, 1993, a flood was invading the village.
