Bazet

Bazet ( Occitan: Badèth ) is a commune in the Hautes -Pyrénées, in the Midi -Pyrenees. It is located in the Arrondissement of Tarbes, in the canton Bordères -sur- l'Échez.

Bazet has 1664 inhabitants (as of 1 January 2011) to 2.84 square kilometers and is located about 6.5 kilometers north of Tarbes in the Bigorre at Adour. Through the municipal area leads the former Route nationale 135 The river also feeds the small Lac de Bours in the east of the church.
