Beaumont is a small village in the inland of the Otago region in the South Island of New Zealand. It is located on the Clutha River, six kilometers south-east of Raes Junction Roxburgh and Balclutha between. Beaumont is joined by the State Highway 8 with Milton and Roxburgh.

Beaumont may have been after this opening into the Clutha Burn Beaumont, Beaumont today named River about 1857.

11 years served Beaumont as the end point of a railway branch line that branched in Milton from the Main South Line and 1914 Beaumont reached. An extension to Millers Flat was opened in 1925. This line was finally called and operated until 1968 Roxburgh Branch. Remains of the train like a stockyard and a bridge over the River Beaumont are obtained.
