Běstvina

The municipality with 540 inhabitants, is located Běstvina on 1,407 acres at the foot of the Iron Mountains ( the Iron Mountains ) in Okres Chrudim (Czech Republic). A quarter of the land consists of forests. The municipality belongs to the micro-region the Iron Mountains.

History

The first written record dates from 1137 in the Annals of the canon of Vyšehrad Cosmas of Prague. The establishment is closely related to an old trade route Liběcká stezka that followed the Golden Path.
