Bloomer is located in western Wisconsin, on either side of Duncan Creek. This is a tributary of the opening into the Mississippi Chippewa River. The geographical coordinates are 45 ° 06'08 Bloomer " north latitude and 91 ° 29'20 " west longitude. The city covers an area of 8 km ² to 7.6 km ² land and 0.4 km ² water surface spread.
