Lake Hallie is a municipality ( with a status of "Village" ) in Chippewa County in the U.S. state of Wisconsin. In 2010, Lake Hallie had 6448 inhabitants.
Lake Hallie, which was spun off from the Town of Hallie in 2003, is part of the metropolitan area of Eau Claire - Chippewa Falls metropolitan area.
Geography
Lake Hallie is located in western Wisconsin, on the left bank of the Chippewa River. This flows 95 km south-west of the border with Minnesota Mississippi forming. The geographical coordinates of Lake Hallie are 44 ° 53'31 " north latitude and 91 ° 25'12 " west longitude. The four-lane U.S. Highway 53 leads in a north-south direction through Lake Hallie and crosses in the center of the town extending in the east-west direction Wisconsin State Highway 29 All other roads are minor roads, some unpaved roadways or within city roads.
