Bohuslavice nad Vláří

Bohuslavice nad Vláří until 1960 Bohuslavice, ( German Bohuslawitz, 1939-1945 Bohuslawitz on Wlarapaß ) is a municipality in the Czech Republic. It is located four kilometers east of Slavičín and belongs to Okres Zlín.

Geography

Bohuslavice nad Vláří is located in the north of the White Carpathians in the area of the nature park PLA White Carpathians. The village is located below the confluence of America on both sides of the river Vlára. To the north rises the Trojková (404 m), in the northeast of Rubanisko (501 m ) east of the Stupně (490 m), in the south of the Vrchy ( 461 m ) and the west Kopanka (418 m). Through the village runs along the Vlára the Wlarabahn, the station Bohuslavice nad Vláří is located 500 m north of the town. To the north- west is a military area.

Neighboring towns are U Vaculíků, fairytales and Vrbětice in the north, Laz, Vaňatka and Hložec in the northeast, Hlavičkovi and Brumov in the east, Popov, Štítná nad Vláří and Jestřabí the southeast, Rokytenka and Rokytnice in the south, Hradek na Vlárské dráze the southwest, Divnice in west and Lipová in the northwest.

History

Archaeological finds in the hallway Vyšehrad evidence of a settlement during the urn field culture. On the Vyšehrad a stronghold should have stood in old time, which should have belonged to a nobleman Bohuslav from which the village got its name.

The first written mention of the village belonging to the reign Světlov Bohuslawicz took place in 1365, when Aleš von Sternberg sold the place to his vassal Pesek of Zákřovice. In 1371 Bušek bought from Drahanovice the village, subsequent owner was from 1385 Oldrich of Drahanovice. 1398 acquired Bušek Vlachovice half the village, the other half belonged to Jan von Drahanovice. After Bušek was Vlachovice 1416 also become the owner of the other half, Bohuslawicz belonged until 1549 to rule Vlachovice. From Jiřík Vlachovský Vlachovice acquired in 1549 Wenzel Younger Podstatzky of Prusinowitz Bohuslawicz. The Podstatzky of Prusinowitz followed in 1566 Damián Benjamin Aranyany and Ferenc Jakušić of Orbová and Vršatec as the owner. 1575 bought Zdeněk Kavka Říčanský a half Bohuslawicz and proposed this to his rule Brumov. Of the Říčanský Říčany acquired in 1604 Apponyis Paul de Nagy- Appony the Brumover share, in 1626 bought Nicholas and Esther Forgáčs this part of the Apponyis. In 1758 there were in the village, a tavern, a blacksmith and a drained fish pond. 1790 lived in Bohuslawicz over 400 people. Since the 19th century the village was known as Bohuslavice. 1826 the old church was converted into a school memory. This drew 1843 in a new building a. Until the mid- 19th century, the village of the rule Brumov remained submissive.

After the abolition of patrimonial Bohuslavice / Bohislawitz formed in 1850 a municipality in the district team Uherský Brod and the jurisdiction Valašské Klobouky. Between 1883 and 1887 the Wlarabahn was built; 1888, she took on the traffic. In the same year a new school building was inaugurated. Owner of the goods was 1856-1876 Simon by Sina, from then until 1894 his daughter Iphigenia Josepha. It was followed until 1921 Anton Dreher. Since 1949 Bohuslavice was assigned to the Okres Valašské Klobouky, and came in late 1960 after its cancellation for Okres Gottwaldov. To distinguish it from another Bohuslavice in the same ownership, the community was given the official name suffix nad Vláří. Between 1976 and 2000, was incorporated Bohuslavice nad Vláří after Slavičín. Since the beginning of 2001 Bohuslavice nad Vláří forms a separate municipality.
