Bolesław V the Chaste

Bolesław the modesty of (Polish Bolesław V Wstydliwy, latin Boleslaw; born June 21, 1226 Stary Korczyn; † December 7, 1279 in Kraków ) was from 1232 Duke of Lesser Poland in Sandomierz from 1243, when Bolesław V, Duke of Lesser Poland in Krakow and nominally Senior Duke of Poland. Bolesław V died on December 7, 1279 without male heirs and appointed Duke Leszek II from the Mazovian - Kujawy ( youngest) line of the Piast dynasty as his successor.
