Boston (Davao Oriental)

Boston is a large-capacity municipality in the province of Davao Oriental and is located on the island of Mindanao in the Philippines. It has 12,670 inhabitants ( census May 1, 2010 ) living in eight barangays. It belongs to the third income class municipalities in the Philippines and is therefore a partially Urbanized.

The community of Boston is located on the east coast of the island of Mindanao and is the northernmost municipality of the province of Davao Oriental. The municipality covers an area of 357.03 km ² and the terrain is very Mountainous applies. Are parts of the nature reserve Aliwagwag Protected Landscape in the municipal district.
