Brede Paulsen Hangeland ( born June 20, 1981 in Houston, Texas, United States) is a Norwegian footballer who plays for Fulham FC since 2008.

Career

The 1.95 m wide central defender began his career at FK Vidar, for whom he played until 2000. In January this year it undertook Viking Stavanger, one of the top clubs in the country. Here he was employed for over five years in the middle. His achievements made ​​some first regional clubs and especially the Danish giants FC Copenhagen are aware of him. Ultimately, he was bound by the Danes for an undisclosed transfer fee.
