Brodek u Prostějova

Brodek u Prostějova until 1948 Brodek ( German Prödlitz ) is a market town in the Czech Republic and belongs to Okres Prostějov.

Geography

The site covers 6.11 km ² and has 1,492 inhabitants (as of 31 December 2007). Brodek situated about 12 km south of Proßnitz ( Olomouc) and 28 km south-west of Olomouc, 208 km south-east of the Czech capital Prague.
