California State Route 111

The California State Route 111 (abbreviated CA 111 ) is a state highway in the U.S. state of California, which runs in a north -south direction through the Coachella Valley from Palm Springs to Calexico.

Course

The State Route begins south of Calexico on the Mexican border and meets in the center of town on the California State Route 98 from Calexico it runs in a northerly direction. East of Heber branches off State Route 86 before the CA 111 Interstate 8 passes. From Interstate leads parallel to CA 86 and CA 115 in a northerly direction.

In Brawley it crosses the California State Route 78 and State Route 115 in Calipatria ends at her. She then runs along the northeastern shore of Lake Salto along and meets at Mecca on the California State Route 86S.

To the east of Indio uses them for a few miles the route of State Route 86 After the turn of the California State Route 74 south of Palm Desert, CA runs 111 in a northwesterly direction and ends after passing through the cities of Rancho Mirage, Cathedral City and Palm Springs west of Whitewater on Interstate 10
