Cari Lekebusch

Cari Lekebusch (born 1972; civil Kari Pekka Lekebusch ) is a Swedish techno artists. He is also known under the pseudonyms Brain Cell and Mr. James Barth.

Lekebusch heard alongside Adam Beyer and Joel Mull of the most famous techno producers in his home country. His first gigs and productions he had the early 90s. In 1994 he founded the label Hybrid Sound Architectures, which was after a dispute with the British group Hybrid renamed H. Productions 1996. It was followed by the sub-labels Kaun Trax (1994 ), Djupt (1998), the basic clock (2000 ) and audio Mekanixc ( 2002).

His first album was released under the pseudonym Braincell on the label Harthouse. Together with Adam Beyer, with whom he has long worked in the famous Stockholm record store Planet Rhythm, 1996, he founded the music label Drumcode. There are now even more sub-labels, such as CodeRed (1997) and True Soul ( 2003).
