Carlos Miloc

Carlos Miloc Pelachi ( born February 9, 1932 in Montevideo, Uruguay ), also known by the nickname El Tanque (German: "Der Panzer " ), is a former Uruguayan football coach and player, who spent most of his career in Mexico.
