The Celebrity Summit (German summit ) is a gas turbine -Panamax cruise ship owned by Celebrity Cruises. It was built as the third of four ships of the Millennium class at the French shipyard Chantiers de l' Atlantique and put into service in 2001.

The Celebrity Summit is currently used for cruises in the Caribbean, Canada and New England and Bermuda. Her sister ships are the Celebrity Millennium ( 2000), Celebrity Infinity (2001) and the Celebrity Constellation ( 2002).

Public spaces / Entertainment on board

The Celebrity Summit offers a variety of entertainment venues and public spaces. The main restaurant (Cosmopolitan Restaurant ) offers two decks at the same time in 1170 passengers, the dinner menu is served in five courses and two passes. The Waterfall Café ( Deck 10 ) can accommodate 754 passengers and provides continuously from early morning until midnight breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks. The Celebrity Theatre spans three decks and has a capacity of 900 seats. This evening in two passes various entertainment programs (shows, musicals, entertainment ) are presented. In spring 2012, the Celebrity Summit has been renovated and provided with all the facilities of the Solstice class. Also, 60 new cabins were added, with the tonnage of 90280 increased to 90940 GRT.

Use

Currently, the Celebrity Summit moves into U.S. waters, that is: in winter it is from San Juan in the Caribbean on the road, between spring and autumn leaves from New York City to Bermuda, as well as to Canada and New England.
