Charles Grodin

Charles Grodin (actually Grodinski ) (* April 21, 1935 in Pittsburgh) is an American actor.

Grodin studied at the University of Miami. He learned the art of acting with Lee Strasberg and Uta Hagen. In the movie The Woman in Red (1984 ), he starred opposite Gene Wilder in Midnight Run, he co-starred with Robert De Niro in the film So I Married an Axe Murderer (1993 ), he starred alongside Mike Myers and Anthony LaPaglia, in the film 4 and Souls (1993 ) opposite Robert Downey Jr., Kyra Sedgwick, and Elisabeth Shue. Particularly well known he is in the movies A dog named Beethoven ( 1992) and Beethoven's (1993).

Grodin married twice (most recently in 1985 ) and has three children.
