Choe Yong-rim

Ch'oe Yong -rim ( born November 20, 1930) was from 2010 to 2013 the chairman of the Council of Ministers of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea, namely Prime Minister (Prime Minister) of North Korea.

After studying in Moscow, he qualified as a chartered engineer. Since 2009, he was Chief Secretary of the Pyongyang City Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea. At the third session of the Supreme People's Assembly in the XII. Legislative period (7 June 2010) he was elected head of government, sparking Kim Yong -il from this post from. He is (at least since October 2010) Member of the Politburo and the Presidium of the Political Bureau of the Workers' Party of Korea.
