Christine Wachtel
Christine Wachtel (married Guth, born January 6, 1965 in Old Treptow ) is a former German track and field athlete who won the silver medal in the 800 -meter run for the GDR at the 1988 Olympic Games. She was also three times world champion Hall.
Life
At the European Junior Championships, she won silver in the 800 -meter run ( 2:00,42 min) and gold with the 4 x 400 - meter relay in the GDR. In 1985, she was third at the European Cup and first in the World Cup. In Stuttgart, she finished in eighth place at the European Championships in 1986.
