Life

Rocha was born in Toronto, but moved at a young age to Richmond, British Columbia. Her parents are working for an airline. Her father is a ticket manager, her mother a flight attendant. She has one sister and one brother.

She is married to James Conran since 9 June 2010. The bridal gown was from Zac Posen.

Modeling career

In 2002, she was discovered at an Irish dance competition at her former school and addressed to the modeling.

Her career began in 2006 when she met the photographer Steven Meisel and she appeared in shows for Anna Sui, Marc Jacobs, Stella McCartney, Christian Lacroix and Louis Vuitton.

In 2007, she was named in the May issue of American Vogue alongside Caroline Trentini, Doutzen Kroes, Sasha Pivovarova, Chanel Iman, Lily Donaldson, Raquel Zimmermann, Agyness Deyn, Hilary Rhoda and Jessica Stam in the new group of supermodels.
