Cody Zeller

Cody Allen Zeller (born 26 October 1992 in Washington, Indiana ) is an American professional basketball player.


Zeller played two years for the Indiana University. There he became one of the biggest talents in the country and was appointed in his first year as Freshmen of the Year of the Big Ten Conference. In NBA Draft 2012 Zeller was considered a top talent, preferring to remain at the college, however, before another year. His second year he finished as the third- best scorer of his Conference ( 16.8 points per game) and second-best rebounder (8.2 rebounds per game ) from. At the end of the season he signed up then on to the NBA Draft.


In NBA Draft 2013 Zeller was selected in 4th place of the Charlotte Bobcats.


Zeller comes from a basketball family. His uncle Al Eberhard played in the 70s for the Detroit Pistons. Even his brothers play in the NBA. Tyler Zeller currently plays for the Cleveland Cavaliers, Luke Zeller played for the Phoenix Suns.
