Jannero Pargo

Jannero Pargo ( born October 22, 1979 in Chicago, Illinois ) is an American professional basketball player.

College career

Pargo played for the team from the University of Arkansas after he took first for the Neosho County Community College in Chanute (Kansas).

National Basketball Association

Pargo played in the NBA for the Los Angeles Lakers, the Toronto Raptors and the Chicago Bulls. His most successful period he spent with the New Orleans Hornets, where he succeeded in his final season average of 10.3 points in the playoffs.

In July 2009, Jannero Pargo signed a one-year contract with the Chicago Bulls, which won him two million dollars. In 2011 he moved to the Atlanta Hawks. For the Hawks, he played until 2012. However, for 2012/2013 season, he was in Atlanta a new contract and accepted an offer from the Washington Wizards for the season 12/13. Shortly after the start of the season he was sacked to make way for Shaun Livingston. On March 14, 2013 he signed for the rest of the season with the Charlotte Bobcats.


After the 2007/2008 season Pargo moved to Russia to MBK Dynamo Moscow, where he earned $ 3.8 million. In January 2009 he moved to Olympiacos, but he scored in the Euro League only averaged 3.5 points and 1.4 assists per game. On 5 May 2009 Pargo was dismissed from Piraeus.
