Cornelis Berkhouwer

Cornelis Berkhouwer ( born March 19, 1919 in Alkmaar, The Netherlands; † 5 October 1992 in Alkmaar ) was a Dutch politician and from 1973 to 1975 President of the European Parliament.

Berkhouwer belonged to the right-wing liberal Volkspartij voor Vrijheid en Démocratie and was 1956-1985 Member of the European Parliament and from 1973 to 1975 its president.
