Dedryck Boyata

Anga Dedryck Boyata ( born November 28, 1990 in Uccle ) is a Belgian footballer with Congolese roots, which is currently under contract at Manchester City.

Career

Association

Boyata played until 2007 in the youth of the FC Brussels before he joined the youth academy of Manchester City. He belonged to the squad of the FA Youth Cup in 2008 against Chelsea won.

His first game in the first team, he completed in January 2010 at the FA Cup tie against Middlesbrough FC. He had to wait two more months until he was nominated in October for the European Championship qualifiers against Kazakhstan and Austria. Against Austria, he played his first senior international match, in which he played 45 minutes.
