Désiré Keteleer
Désiré Keteleer ( born June 13, 1920 in Anderlecht, † September 17, 1970 in Rebecq -Rognon ) was a Belgian racing cyclist. He scored in the first decade after the Second World War to the most successful road cyclists and drove partly for up to four different teams per year. During his service in the Team Bianchi Keteleer was regarded as one of the key Anfahrer and helpers of Fausto Coppi. However, he also managed to celebrate many successes own. So he secured example, in 1947 the victory in the overall standings of the premiere staging of the Tour de Romandie, could fight for stage wins in the Giro d' Italia, the Tour de France and the Tour de Suisse and managed in 1950 to win four day parts of the Tour of Germany.
1970 Keteleer died at the age of 50 years.
