Tour de Romandie
The Tour de Romandie is a cycling race, which by the Romandie, the French-speaking western Switzerland, resulting in some stages. The first in 1947 discharged race takes place every year in late April / early May and is considered an important preparatory race on the Giro d' Italia. The Tour de Romandie was one of the newly introduced in 2005 UCI ProTour, a series of the most important bike race of the year. Since 2011, the race is part of the follow-up series UCI World Tour. First and so far only German winner of the Tour de Romandie, Andreas Klöden, who won the discharge in 2008.
