Diana DeGarmo Nicole ( born June 16, 1987 in Birmingham, Alabama ) is an American singer. In 2004 she participated in the third season of American Idol and reached the second place.

Life

Diana DeGarmo was born on 16 June 1987 in Birmingham ( Alabama). She went in Snellville (Georgia ) on the crews Middle School. DeGarmo plays theater since 2005, among other things, on Broadway.

Her uncle Eddie (of DeGarmo and Key ) is also a musician.

American Idol

On 26 May 2004 DeGarmo Fantasia Barrino lost the final. So she was the youngest finalist in nine seasons, until the tenth season (2011) Lauren Alaina undercutting her actual age of 16 years and 345 days to 147 days.
