Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge ( Hindi, दिलवाले दुल्हनिया ले जाएँगे, Dilvāle Dulhaniya le Jäge, roughly translates to: The Courageous will take the bride ) is an Indian film, which was released in October 1995. In 2012, he was in a movie theater in Mumbai in the 17th year in daily shows. This film, in which Aditya Chopra directed, Shahrukh Khan, Kajol and Amrish Puri was in the lead roles.
The film is regarded as a milestone in the history of Bollywood cinema, because he brought a fresh breeze in Indian love stories by the introduction of Indians who live outside India ( non- resident Indians ). He also used the Switzerland as a location where a large part of the story and the dance scenes took place; something that inspired many later films.
Action
Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge tells the story of living in the UK Indian Raj and Simran. Raj comes from a rich home and enjoys life to the fullest. His father shows for your understanding and even allows him to travel around Europe, although he has recently learned that he has not made his college degree. Simran, however, suffers from her strict father, who forces them Kuljeet, the son of a childhood friend to marry in India. She agrees, but asks her father to be allowed to travel through Europe with her girlfriends before marriage.
As Simran and Raj's group happen to have taken the same trip offer, they meet each other again and again. Simran is from his advances but not thrilled and tries to avoid him. As the two of them miss but in the Zurich train, she is forced to travel alone with Raj on. Due to the common experience of days they build a friendship. Back in London, Simran invites him to her wedding. As Raj has now fallen in love with her, he refuses and leaves Simran without further words. At this moment, Simran realizes that she loves him.
After Raj is encouraged by his father to he wants to stop the marriage and makes her home track down. The stands empty, however, because Simran father laid before the trip to India after he learned of her love. Raj travels behind her, and it manages to be incognito clamped in the marriage preparations. He makes himself popular with families and even gets to marry the offer, the sister of Kuljeet, Preeti. Then his father comes to India and arranged the marriage with her, because he considers Raj's love. Then, when Simran 's father discovered a holiday photo of Raj and her, he flies on and must leave the premises.
Kuljeet feels betrayed and seeks revenge with his friends at Raj. At the station there is a brawl that is terminated only when Simran emerge her family and the family of Kuljeet. Raj and his father have no other choice than to get on the train. When he departs, Simran wants afterwards, her father holds but firmly on the wrist. At the last moment he let it go eventually, because he is convinced now that no man can ever love like Raj. She manages to jump on the train and is reunited with him.
