Dmitri Nikolayevich Barsuk ( born January 20, 1980 in Armavir ) is a Russian volleyball and beach volleyball player.

Career

Barsuk played since 1995 with Alexei Taratine and won the 1999 European Youth Championships. With Vladimir Kostioukow he won in the next two years, two bronze medals in this competition. In addition, the duo won the 2001 Russian Championship. Other partners Barsuk in the early years were Mikhail Kouchnerew and Denis Tenenbaum.

In Rhodes Barsuk entered first time in 2003 with novel Arkajew. At the European Championships in Alanya, the new duo in fourth narrowly missed a medal and at the World Championships in Rio de Janeiro, they were ranked number 17 continental tournament in 2004 and the World Championships in Berlin ended Barsuk / Arkajew each ninth.
