Dolní Studénky

Dolni Studénky ( German Schönbrunn ) is a municipality in the Czech Republic. It is located four kilometers south of Šumperk and belongs to the Okres Šumperk to.

Geography

Dolni Studénky extends the left side of the Desna in Schönberger boiler. To the east of Malínský raise vrch (491 m) and Dražník (506 m), to the foothills of the mountain Rabenseifener country ( Hraběšická Highlands ) belong. In the northeast the ponds Velky rybnik and Rybnik are lípy u.

History

The first written mention of Studenky took place in 1353, when Paul the Younger Sovinec half the village was given by the wife of Wok Sovinec and at the same time was Jan von Krawarn enroll a hooves land in the country table. Subsequently, the owner of the shares of Studenky changed several times. 1437 sold Albert of Víckov and Kolšov the largest part of the village to Jan Tunkl. During this time the Tunkl acquired on Brníčko and Zábřeh the other shares and in 1466 was quite Studenky to the goods by Jan Tunkl the Elder.

In the 16th century a Protestant Bethalle was built in wood. Same time there was in the village is also a Catholic parish, which had been vacant since the Thirty Years War and went out entirely since 1653. 1701 Bethalle was replaced by a stone building. In 1718, the first time the German name Schönbrunn was used. Until the renovation of the parish in 1786 the village was gepfarrt after Bludov. Studanky remained until the mid-19th century the estate Johrnsdorf submissive. 1793 was the village of 74 houses and 445 inhabitants had. To differentiate from the same place to Štíty distinction was made between Horni and Dolni Studánky. 1839 548 people lived in the 88 houses of the village.

From 1849 formed Dolni Studánky / Palace with the districts Johrnsdorf and king reason, a political community in the district Moravian Schönberg. 1854 lived 786 people in the community. The following year, 43 residents died in a cholera epidemic. 1881 changed the Czech community name in Dolni Studénky and from 1915 in Dolni Studýnky. Instead of the old ridge on the Tess built the church in 1899 along with the city Moravian Schönberg road link with bridge over the river. In 1900, Dolni Studénky consisted of 150 houses and had 1385 inhabitants, of whom 1003 Czechs and 380 German. Since 1924, the shape of Dolni Studénky is reused. 1930, the municipality had 1635 inhabitants. After the Munich Agreement in 1938, the site added to the German Reich and belonged until 1945 to the district Moravian Schönberg. 1939 lived 1566 people in Schönbrunn. 1980 Dolni Studénky was incorporated into Šumperk and got back its independence in 1990.

Attractions

  • Catholic Church of St. Leonhard, the building was erected 1840-1843 by extending the previous Bethalle. 1845 the church got an organ. 1866 was the completion of the tower and the addition of the Holy Sepulchre on the rear door.
  • Třemešek Castle, originally from the 1587 Renaissance building that was remodeled 1857-1863 in the romantic style. In the 1950s took place a renewed conversion, in which the castle lost its original beauty.
