Donald Margulies

Donald Margulies ( born September 2, 1954) is an American playwright who won the Pulitzer Prize for drama was awarded in 2000 for his play Dinner with Friends, for which he was nominated twice previously with other pieces.

Life

Margulies studied post-school at the State University of New York at Purchase ( SUNY Purchase ) and was later. Lecturer at the School of Drama at Yale University and worked as a scriptwriter of television series

The early 1980s he began writing plays and made ​​his debut with Luna Park ( 1982).
