Dunfermline East (Scottish Parliament constituency)

Dunfermline East was a constituency of the Scottish Parliament. It was introduced in 1999 as one of nine constituencies the election Region Mid Scotland and Fife, which was re-cut by the revision of constituencies in 2011 and further comprising nine constituencies. Here, the Dunfermline East constituency was abolished. It included the east and north of Dunfermline lying areas of the Council Area Fife with the cities of Cowdenbeath, Dalgety Bay and Inverkeithing. The territories of the former constituency was largely taken up by the new constituencies Cowdenbeath and Dunfermline. It was sent a deputy.
