Eisten ( Valais German: Eischtu ) is a municipality in the district of Visp in the German-speaking part of the canton of Valais in Switzerland.

It is located in the Saas Valley and consists of many individual hamlets.

The famous mountain guide pioneer and first to climb many peaks of the Alps, Alexander Burgener, is buried in Eisten.
