Elbe-Stremme-Fiener
In the administration of Community Elbe- Stremme - Fiener of the district Jerichower Land 13 municipalities were merged to perform their administrative business. The VG was formed on 1 January 2005 from the communities of the disbanded governing communities Jerichow and Stremme - Nordfiener.
The administrative headquarters was located in the non- management Community -listed town of Genthin.
On 1 January 2010, the administrative community was dissolved. The congregations merged to form the new municipality city Jerichow unit.
In the administration of Community Elbe- Stremme - Fiener lived 7,942 inhabitants (December 31, 2006) on an area of 269.89 km ². Last managing director was Peter Schwindack.
