Elena Lashmanova

Jelena Anatoljewna Laschmanowa (Russian: Елена Анатольевна Лашманова; born April 9, 1992, Mordovia ) is a Russian race walker.

Jelena Laschmanowa was very successful even in youth of all ages. At the World Junior Championships 2009 in Brixen, she won the gold medal as well as at the Junior World Championships 2010 in Tallinn. At the Junior European Championships 2011, she won the title in the 10,000 m Track Walk with a new junior world record of 42:59,48 min.

In 2012 she qualified for the Olympics in London and won the title in the 20 - km walk with the world record time of 1:25:02 h A year later, she was at the World Championships 2013 in Moscow in the 20 - km walk with a time of 1:27:03 h world Champion.
