Erik Mellevold Bråthen

Erik Mellevold Brathen ( born September 16, 1987 in Halden ) is a Norwegian football player. The goalkeeper currently plays for Rosenborg BK in the Norwegian Tippeligaen.

Club career

Erik Mellevold Brathen was born in Halden, Østfold part of the province which is located in the southeastern part of Norway, near the border with Sweden. He played there for the domestic Kvik Halden FK up to the age of 19, before he moved in January 2007 to Fredrikstad FK, where he wrote for three years. His debut for Fredrikstad was the tall goalkeeper on Matchday 3 of the 2007 season in the away game at Aalesunds FK.
