Etienne Schneider

Etienne Schneider ( born January 29, 1971 in Dudelange ) is a Luxembourgian politician of the socialist Lëtzebuerger Esch Aarbechterpartei (LSAP ) and since December 2013 Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Economy and Minister of Internal Security and Defence of Luxembourg.

Life

From 2012 to December 2013 was a tailor in Luxembourg Minister of Economy in the government Juncker Asselborn II In the parliamentary elections of 2013, Schneider was the top candidate of the LSAP. As a result, a coalition between the Democratic Party ( DP), the LSAP and the Luxembourg countryside formed under the leadership of Xavier begging ( DP).
