Evgeny Bodrov

Yevgeny Alexandrovich Bodrov (in Russian Евгений Александрович Бодров; born January 8, 1988 in Togliatti, Russian SFSR ) is a Russian ice hockey player who stands since 2009 Ak Bars Kazan in the Kontinental Hockey League contract.

Career

Yevgeny Bodrov began his career as a hockey player at youth level of HK Lada Togliatti, for the first team, he made his debut in the Russian Super League in the season 2005/ 06. Here, the center in 19 games prepared a target. With Lada he also won the 2006 IIHF Continental Cup. In subsequent seasons, the links Sagittarius won a regular place at Lada Togliatti, for the first time he took in the 2008 /09 season in the Kontinental Hockey League newly established. In 61 games he scored six goals and seven assists. After he started the 2009/10 season with Lada, he changed the course of the season to the league rivals Ak Bars Kazan.

Internationally

For Russia Bodrov took part in the Under-18 Junior World Cup in 2006 and the U20 World Youth Championship 2008. In the U20 World Cup, he finished with his team to third place and thus won the bronze medal. He also represented his country at the Super Series 2007.
