FC Viitorul Constanța
FC Viitorul Constanţa is a Romanian football club from Constanţa. It was founded in 2009 and plays in Liga 1, the highest Romanian league since summer 2012.
History
Viitorul Constanta ( German Future) was founded in 2009 and emerged from the football academy of the former Romanian international's Gheorghe Hagi, who is also the owner of the club. Viitorul acquired the eligibility of CS Ovidiu for the third Romanian league, the League III. Already in the 2009/10 season, the club was able to hold its own against its closest rival ACS Berceni and ascend in the Liga II. There, the club closed the 2010/ 11 starting on a place in the midfield. In the season 2011/12 Viitorul promotion to the League 1
