Felt Bicycles

History

The company's history goes Felt more than 20 years ago - to the namesake Jim Felt, who was a motocross mechanic and a triathlon bike for motocross rider Johnny O'Mara - operational training purposes Triathlon - designed and built.

Since Jim Felt himself denied triathlon competitions, he had a very precise idea how he could improve the current designs. He did everything he could to optimize the driver in terms of aerodynamics, the position. Johnny O Mara began to retract victories, and a short time later Felt built wheels for a number of the world's best triathletes.

Ten years after he built that first triathlon bike, Jim Felt wanted to grow and provide its wheels a larger number of athletes available. Bill Duehring and Michael garbage man took the stage. Bill Duehring, a veteran in the bicycle industry, wanted to be part of a company that could benefit all over the world from his years of experience in product development and strong relationships with retailers. Michael garbage man was owner of a successful distribution company in Europe.

Over the last decade, Felt has become a renowned bicycle brand to the non- triathlon wheels we offer are a mountain bikes and road bikes.
