The Free State Stadium ( Afrikaans: Vrystaatstadion ), also known as Vodacom Park Stadium, is a stadium in Bloemfontein, South Africa.

History

The stadium is the home ground of the rugby teams Free State Cheetahs who play in the Currie Cup League, and the Central Cheetahs, the two States Free State and Northern Cape Provinces from 2006 represented in the Super 14.

For the Soccer World Cup in 2010, the stadium was expanded to 48,000 seats, renews the flood light and installed a new sound system. During the 2009 FIFA Confederations Cup here three group matches and one semi-final took place.
