Frost*

Frost * is a neo- progressive rock band from the UK. It is referred to as a super group.

History

Frost * was founded by the songwriter, producer and musician Jem Godfrey (including songwriting for Atomic Kitten ) 2004. As members found John Mitchell (Arena, Kino, It Bites ) and John Jowitt (Arena, IQ, Ark ) and Andy Edwards (IQ, Ian Parker Band). The band released the album 2006 Milliontown, then toured with Pallas through the Netherlands and Germany and played a concert as the opening act of the Flower Kings in London on 10 October 2006. Prior to this time last concert Jem Godfrey announced that the band would dissolve.

In 2008, reformed Jem Godfrey Frost * and took Declan Burke, singer and guitarist of the band Darwin 's Radio, on in the lineup. On 17 November 2008 the second album experiment appeared in Mass Appeal.

In 2009, Frost played on * the RoSfest 2009 Festival Nick D' Virgilio with the drummer from Spock 's Beard. In May 2009, John Jowitt announced to leave the band. He was replaced by Level 42 bassist Nathan King.

Currently playing Frost * live concerts with drummer Craig Blundell.
