Garrett Weber-Gale

Garrett Weber- Gale ( born August 6, 1985 in Stevens Point, Wisconsin ) is an American swimmer in the freestyle distances.

Career

Garrett Weber- Gale lives in Austin and studied at the University of Texas, for the swim team, he competes well. The student of corporate communications is coached by Eddie Reese. 2004 Weber- Gale won his first national title in the 100m freestyle, 2006, the National Collegiate Athletic Association. He belonged to the U.S. squadrons in Montreal and 2007 in Melbourne won the title over 4x100 m freestyle in 2005. However, he was only in the heats and not in the finals to use. In the U.S. Trials 2008 he won the 50m and 100m freestyle and qualified for the freestyle relay and the 100 -m freestyle distance of the 2008 Summer Olympic Games in Beijing. There, the swimmer from Milwaukee celebrated his biggest success by winning the gold medal in the relay in world record time ( 3:08,24 min).
