Gathering of Developers

Gathering, formerly known as Gathering of Developers or the short form GodGames, was a subsidiary of Take 2 Interactive, based in New York, USA. Gathering was founded in the year 1997/98 by Mike Wilson and Harry A. Miller in Dallas, Texas. The goal: to develop without pressure from a publisher's games. Among the founding studios include 3D ​​Realms, Edge of Reality, Epic MegaGames, PopTop Software, Ritual Entertainment and Terminal Reality.

From 1999, they take 2 served as distribution label for computer games, first in the United States, and later the world. 2000 Gathering was completely taken over by Take 2.
